The hotel rooms could have been a little bigger for the price charged; the open shower made it chilly in negative temperatures. Despite initially being told we needed wristbands to watch our kids swim, the staff eventually accommodated our situation. The service was always in the best mood, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations. The location seemed ideal for kids but lacked supervision. The dining experience provided a nice variety of options despite a few shortcomings. Overall, the facilities were sufficient, although some elements could be improved.
